Similar circumstance. Shut off auto updates when I got this machine, havent updated since 1709. Guess I'm stuck with this bug. Thanks for the info.

Still experiencing this bug in 18.05 x64, windows 10. I actually came here looking to see if anyone had any idea about it and was surprised to see anyone say it wasn't still happening.
