Add entry on Plugins and Extensions page for Cycle Input Focus Plus
I can accept that this special request is beyond the scope of KeePass, would be hard to implement, and would be useful only to a very small number of users (like me). For such cases, external tools like AutoHotkey offer better flexibility and configurability.

Regression (test.sng) fails with libpng 1.7.0beta89
In this thread Dominik mentions that this behaviour is expected, so this is a feature request and not a bug. BTW: deleting unused icons, as suggested by Paul, has no different effect than manually deleting them like in my minimal example (that was what I tried first).
Deleted custom icons reappear after database synchronization
I found that the unwanted resizing only occurs when KeePass is started from a shortcut with WindowStyle=minimized (even with the enforced configuration setting). I changed that now. Indeed the pane can be only as narrow as (the smallest version of) the two scroll arrow buttons. I still want it to size zero, hence this RFE. I don't need scroll arrows in a TreeView.
I am aware of the Configuration/MainWindow/SplitterVerticalFrac setting setting. It is updated. But I cannot get it down to 0.0. After manually editing the configuration file, the pane still is visible, and the setting gets increased to 0.065 something or more. It also seems to increase even more after I open a database from the command-line.
