No it worked before. I think it started crashing after I first had these issues with Peace and EqualizerAPO. Every time I would try to start it it would just load for a bit and then crash my audio service and open a "send error report" window. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this. Can you elaborate on that?

The only issue I have left right now is that Voicemod (the voice changer app) that I have does not work anymore. Whenever I start the program it just crashes my entire audio service and sends me an error message. I sent them an email and hope they know what's going on and hopefully they can fix that problem, If it does happen to come out that it's somehow an issue with peace I'll be sure to inform you but right now I don't think it is.

I've downloaded the file and replaced it with the one in the config folder. It works perfectly! No duplicates, it always saves the same device and I finally don't have to constantly keep checking whether or not I have the same device connected! One thing I have to say about the loud volume is that this problem has been on my PC for literal YEARS. Through multiple different headsets and microphones and whatnot. I initially installed Peace and EqualizerAPO as a solution and for the longest time everything worked fine, until that one day. Other than that I did figure out a bunch of weird stuff. ~ The GUID for the corsair headset changed, presumably after I updated the driver/software. ~ The .peace file for the configuration I use had the name...

I did check earlier today if the newest version saves devices and it does save with literally every device except for the "kopfhörer" and "kopfhorer" duplicates. And as far as I know the only thing that has these audio issues are the speakers of my headset and nothing else. If I set the decibel to all devices I can hear stuff fine, but people in a discord call for example hear me that exact number of decibals quieter too. I have also found something out while switching in between saved configurations...

Oh sorry about that. I probably should have included the states of each device in the last message. I'll put the updated list in the attachments. Also I'm pretty sure that I already checked if the IDs match both in the Peace.txt and in the registry. They do which makes sense but still weird, since we still don't know what the problem is here. I have an actual PC so the multiple high definition audio devices could be because I have both front and back ports for audio. Honestly at this point I don't...

I just went through the list of all the devices shown in the registry and listed them in a text file from top to bottom as you can see in the attachment from the previous message. In the attachments for this message I'll put the names of all the devices all in order. I did see that some of them do have the same name like all the NVIDIA Outputs. The one AMD Audio Device is called "S34C300" (should be S24C300 but I misspelled). That is the name of my monitor. Which is weird since my monitor doesn't...
