Hi both, I'm the author of OpenSongApp. SvA is correct, OpenSongApp uses OpenSong (xml) formatted files and while it does use some extra tags in the file for other information used by musicians when performing, both OpenSong and OpenSongApp will treat the extra tags in the file with respect!
