    Hi everybody, Now i want to show a communication on Incident (comunicate by email) how can i do that on iTop 2.5.0. in my iTop - Create 1 noification by email when ticket assiged - Use extension Send updates by email - Use extension Mail to ticket automation (setup by IMAP). I can see email on mailbox content => But i can not see communication (email back and forth) on incident Could you please guide me on this. Thanks for your supporting.
