Hi Peter, wow, ludicrous fast response :-) Let me shortly explain what I am trying to achieve. I write my own config.txt to specify channel mapping (e.g. upmix). Then I want to optionally use Peace. My config.txt might look like this: Copy: LFE=C L=C R=C C=C RL=C RR=C SL=C SR=C Include: peace.txt While peace.txt might look like this Device: all Channel: all Filter 2: ON PK Fc 21 Hz Gain -20.3 dB Q 1.41 Filter 8: ON PK Fc 1000 Hz Gain -26.7 dB Q 1.41 I have linked "C:\Program Files\EqualizerAPO\config"...

I hope I am not totally wrong here. I have created quite some software around APO / Peace, but I do not want to overwrite the configs. In the earlier version I managed with some links to have Peace (over)writing a config.txt in a different place. In my software I add the peace.txt to a config.txt I create by myself. Unfortunately the current version does not work that way anymore. I really need a way to have Peace not touching my existing config.txt (with the include line) and only write the peace.txt...
