looks ok in game too, the grill detail is not needed and the front arches needed to be cut/raised like later aero BTCC. but it's driveable now oh and textures
thanks, that is what i did , i though i was centred but obviously not, while i was messing about, found a CC Attribution model that i think i can use: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/volvo-850-btcc-1995-saloon-06514b837a664db3be7260df12832d22
fixed it! what i thought was 0.0.0 in ac3d was clearly not :)
Volvo = Volvere, from the wiki page: The brand name Volvo was originally registered as a trademark in May 1911, with the intention to be used for a new series of SKF ball bearings. It means "I roll" in Latin, conjugated from "volvere".
double post! ignore
Thrown together some basic BTCC cars, since we have no FWD racing cars, picked 1996 for no particular reason need help with the model, it's nowhere near the wheels, about 100m off in the x,y and z, created the car model in inventor of all things, used the demo copy of ac3d to scale down and export any ideas where i'm going wrong? this is only a place holder model, please protect your eyes if you open it... https://forge.a-lec.org/TerraRoot/SD-96BTCC ( i've only made the volvo 850 so far)
