Peace Equalizer, interface Equalizer APO
To anyone still having this problem - I've found out that for some weird reason Equializer settings only get appliedd to the "Chat" device and not to "Game" one. The workaround I've found is to switch Game to Default Communication Device and Chat to Default Device. That way you can apply the equalizer settings to the default device.
