I have two netcdf files for MDT, I want to replace MDT values from the first file (Global data at 1/4 degree resolution) to the other netcdf file (regional basin file at 1/24 degree resolution) to a specific area of basin not to the whole grid. I have already regrided and made both the files with same grid information (number of points: resolution). Thanks in advance for any help regarding this issue.
