Unable to login into admin panel in 6.0.29 version

Hi, I have manually installed SeedDMS 6.0.24 on my server with PHP 7.4+ and Mysql 5.7 I have successfully installed the script However when I try to login into admin panel with default admin:admin credentials it throws blank page. I checked the logs and found the following error. ** Array( [type] => 1 [message] => Cannot declare class SeedDMS_CSRF, because the name is already in use [file] =>{path}/seeddms6024/www/inc/inc.Utils.php [line] => 1078)** What could be causing this ?

No i am using regular

I am using regular install,not using quick start i found composer.json in quick start package should i use it for vendor/autoload.php or you should provide composer.json in pear to user to install

is KADOS stable?
