The problem remains! I changed the program on IrfanView a little uncomfortably but it works

NAPS2 - Not Another PDF Scanner
Problem KYOCERA Ecosys m2635dn Scanning with NAPS2 + TWAIN does not work. I installed USB drivers from the built-in Administrator account. Screenshot of the settings https://image.prntscr.com/image/8znPWJb4TNGAdyCBdcTMjA.jpg After selecting the scanner nothing does and the process of scanning is constantly spinning. https://image.prntscr.com/image/tw38EBD9QxK5NVCKKyZ57Q.jpg I need to configure the scan via the USB cable. Unfortunately it did not happen. What can OS Windows 7 (64 bit)
