Can't find the the 'layout' tag when I click on 'print'. It goes to the printer. There is no option to 'sort entries by field'. Where is print dialog on the menu?

Can't find the the 'layout' tag when I click on 'print'. It goes to the printer. There is no option to 'sort entries by field'. Where is print dialog on the menu?

Database is sorted by Title (version 2.55), but prints out by order of creation. Want to print by Title
