Change the temp folder to another location and delete the files after the sync has completed, or create a script that runs on a schedule and deletes the files in the temp folder of your choosing. The temp files are held for restore options. (I think... testing) You can setup a cleanup under the restore section of Synkron. I think we are all strugling with the same issues but this is not being developed so we have to do workarounds...
