Hi Yang, We are using this tool (http://bmcbioinformatics.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1471-2105-14-33) and the problem that we are facing is,we are not getting the detail description of the output files.Can you please provide us the source/link from where we can get the required descriptions.When we ran ht-stat program it gives us 7 different output files for single-end.For example - for lane_tile_quality_1.tab file,it is not mentioned how the read count is calculated for each tile whether...
