ok Guillaume, i use itop 2.5 and the error is from the portal user to access at itop, the user portal load fine but when i try to login this error stop me. i try modify the user portal to change the background and maximize a little the login frame, i got to lunch and i forget what sentences or files modify... i lost in the last part of the configuration itop.... :(

Hi Guillaume, glad to answer me.... i have the roles for user "Support" they are Support Agent - Service Desk Agent and Service Manager but, after, with only Support Agent i view the ticket in portal enhanced but, i couldn't solve it, just only comment... the documentation, although it is not very clear, its the only documentation for the correct configuration of iTop??

Hello Guillaume, questions that can help me with my other concern, as I do with an assigned ticket, can you respond from the same improved portal? this in order for users and support staff to enter through the same portal and the last to respond to incidents (I could do it from the iTop administration console but I could not do it from the improved portal)
