Hi, All I need to know where Matcont stores raw data on limit cycles selected after time integration as well as data of phase response curves (PRC) and dPRC. I can comfortably select a cycle and performed phase response analysis but I need to know where the raw data for the PRC and the cycle itself is located. I need these to calculate the interaction function ( G-function) for weakly coupled oscillators. Also, any suggestions on how to make sure the output dimensions of the limit cycle and the PRC...
