Hi there, I am also unable to scan duplex pages with 6.0b4 (it only scans simplex) and my HP OfficeJet 8730. However, I even get an error with 6.0b3 but also the latest stable version (5.8.2) - see error below. Now I am searching for the last installed version of NAPS which worked fine for me (installed new Windows image over the holidays, could also be the problem...)
