Ah, I see, quite logical that it should be a method of the same class. So I'll look for the deletion method in CustomObjectMgr.

I've made a script to mark the positions of a planet in Stellarium. I run the script from MS Access. These positions (ephemeris) come from the JPL Horizons website. In a second run I want to mark the positions of another planet, deleting the markers of the previous run. I use MarkerMgr.deleteAllMarkers for the latter . However, the markers do not disappear. Part of my script (which runs fine for the rest): MarkerMgr.deleteAllMarkers(); CustomObjectMgr.addCustomObjectRaDec("Jupiter 20-2-2021","21h08m42s","-17d00m17s",true);...

True, did not command that. Still a newbie ;). I added 'core.moveToRaDec' with the same position and now Stellarium does what I want. Great! Version 0.18.2.

I'm sorry. Now I see the marker close to Neptune, however the map does not shift to it automatically. What command to add for this? Thanks.

There appears no mark nor does the map shift to a position close to Neptune. It does not shift at all and stays where it was. Can't understand why. The positions calculated by Stellarium only differ some tens of arcsecs from the JPL's. Not bad at all for me!

I made this script to show Neptune with its marker. core.setDate("2018-12-20T21:05:00","utc"); core.setObserverLocation( 7.8664, 46.6839, 0, 0,"Interlaken","Earth"); CustomObjectMgr.addCustomObjectRaDec("Neptune","23h02m07s","-07d14m14s",true); However, nothing happens. What's wrong? Thanks.

Thanks, I'll give it a try soon, and will come back about the result.
