Hello! As Apple MacOS seems to be moving more and more away from kernel extensions, macFUSE (https://osxfuse.github.io/) in the way it is now, will get more and more challenging to implement. Maybe it is time to start looking into more modern variants, like fuse-t (https://www.fuse-t.org/). And if possible, maybe even have an option which of them to use - macFUSE or fuse-t or ..
