p.s.: jmacs - and search... forgot to mention
Hello, and sorry for asking before searching hard... I'm used to paste x-primary-selection after initiating a search. Unfortunately, this insterts text in joe instead of search-prompt-paste. I'm aware there's some kind of mouse support in joe, but haven't found time to play with it. For the shurt term, I'd only need my selection-paste back :-) Thanks, -harry
Again, thanks a lot! I'll go with moria-light for now. In vim, I used the auto-reverse feature with no special scheme. This is my 10 years old ~/.Xdefaults: ! Setting light yellow light transparent background - requires altering standard yellow (color3) urxvt.background: rgba:FC00/F800/CC00/cccc urxvt.foreground: #071311 urxvt.color3: #805500 Maybe future releases con include one light scheme? Thanks, -harry
Great, thanks a lot John! I'm low on time budget, so I haven't managed to build my own light-background scheme. Just wanted to see if someone else has already done anything like that. But I can't even find the mentioned "lucius" or "desert" schemes. Only the vim files. Is there a link collection of jcf scheme files? Thanks, -harry
++1 I love joe, the editor! But regularly I need to use a different one - for long line files :-( I'd bet that I'm just not aware of the corresponding setting, but since Gerrit recently voted here, I'd like to do the same and emhasize that this is really missing. Thanks, -harry
-rdonly option improvement: open(O_RDWR) to replace with access(2)?
