    I have created a fresh g-mail account and fresh Windows 10 profile. I have installed GNUPG for Windows. When I add the enigmail add on to Thunderbird I do not get a prompt to restart Thunderbird. After I reopen Thunrderbird I do not get the Enigmail Setup Wizard. Please let me know what I am missing. Thank You
