Cannot mount image in 'img' format

Hi V77, thanks for the quick response! I checked permissions. These users have full access: - Administrators (<devicename>\Administrators) - SYSTEM - <my username=""> (<domain>\<my username="">) These users have read only access: - Authenticated Users - Users (<devicename>\Users)</devicename></my></domain></my></devicename> Shouldn't this permit both System and Admin accounts to work correctly? Thank you!
