Managed to get v6.48 to open (after running vc_redist.x64.exe), same issue was not encountered the first time running the program after install, but has occurred on every subsequent occasion. Tried creating a new project from scratch in v6.48, no different.

Managed to get v6.48 to open (after running vc_redist.x64.exe), doesn't encounter "Surf. Vel." or "Stream" issue.
