Took me a while to figure that out. It's nginx site default file misconfiguration. Try compare it with a working one from the VM should fix it.

Data Usage is calculating fine in graph and working. But on the personal usage window "Data Used" is still showing 0 and not updating.. Can someone tell me how to fix this?? Thanks. I have checked the cron job. It's working fine else the graph would not be updated.
