I have generated 10 binalry tables for various AFLP primer pairs. But while merging tese tables (by following the steps mentioned in the manual), I am constantly getting following error message Error in .Tcl.args.objv(...) : object 'tt' not found Error in data.frame(finalmat, mat) : row names contain missing values In addition: Warning message: In [<-.factor(*tmp*, ri, value = 0) : invalid factor level, NA generated Can anyone please help me with this?

I am using peakscanner .txt file to inport the data. But when hit "scoring" () following message flashes "Error in paste(floor(min(AFLP$all.dat$Size))) : object 'AFLP' not found" and I get blank "Aggregate AFLP bands" window Can you please help me with this?
