Oh I have the components and tasks now. I had to choose the following option in Team Dashboard Balance Work through And Voila It worked!!

I have created a Team Project in Team Dashboard and have created a WBS structure. I have created the team member list and have joined the team with the join link in project team & settings page However when I do a sync WBS in team dashboard I dont see the WBS in process dashboard heirarchy window I get the following message in browser when I do sync WBS: Synchronization Complete The following changes were made to your hierarchy: Updated templates for common team workflows Please help
