Boah, you are the best, that was the problem. In KiCad on the spice model properties there is an "alternative node sequence". I entered 3 2 1 and that fixed it. Sorry I did not find out by myself. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate.
Okay, in the spice simulator I found an menu option "show SPICE Netlist. I copied the data into the file BC108.sp. Is this what you are looking for?
Thanks for looking into this. I tried 120ms, it is exactly the same, just more time on the scale. Here is the .sch and .net file.
I try to simulate a simple transistor amplifier circuit. But the result is far away from reality (see attached). The collector DC voltage should be in the range of 2.3V (Vb 0.65 * (47k + 120k) / 47k = 2.3V). But the simulation shows 4V. I tested the circuit with real hardware, the collector voltage is ~2.3V and not 4V. Also the output swing is not correct. It should be 1Vpp (0.2Vpp * 120k / 22k) but is only 0.33Vpp. I tried various transistor models but all look similar. I must miss some basic understanding....
