Steven, I downloaded the image in April but I created a USB image so it is unclear the version. Can I determine the version from the files in the img folder? In the meanwhile I will try the version you recommend. Thanks!
Unfortunately, nmtui, nmcli, and other necessary commands do not appear to reside in the Live distribution so that article is not optimal. I highly recommend this HOW-TO article: https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=318539 It will show how to use wireless with the native binaries available in Clonezilla Live.
I prefer to use a wired network connection but that is not always possible. I notice on the Dell Latitude series of laptops that I am unable to create and bind a wireless network (e.g. wlan0). Would it be possible to add those drivers to Clonezilla Live? Or, is that something I can do to customized my image? Typically, I have not experienced problems with Ubuntu and drivers for the Dell Latitude so I am unsure of the root cause. Thanks! P.S. I am able to use a USB network adapter and that works fine....
