Okay, thanks!
Yeah, I've noticed. I'm not sure what we're going to do for systemwide equalization, crossfeed, etc. once they abandon this project.
I've been using Equalizer APO for many years, mostly to correct the difference between my left and right ears. I use the meiercrossfeed.dll VST for headphones crossfeed. In order the adjust the amount of crossfeed, I have to edit the text file associated with the DLL, because trying to pull up the GUI by clicking the "Open Panel" button crashes E-APO. It's a minor issue, but could this be fixed in the program?
Hi Peter. All is well here. I just posted about this. It was indeed an old Realtek driver causing the issue. I uninstalled it and let windows install a much more recent driver and all is well again. Thank you.! It was indeed the drivers for the audio device. It was an older Realtek driver. I uninstalled it and let Windows install a more recent driver, and now, all is well. Thanks again.
I've been using E-APO for many years, but I've encountered an unusual problem. On a Windows 10 system, I'm getting crosstalk between the left and right channels. If I send a signal to the right channel, I hear it faintly in the left channel, and vice-versa. This is with nothing in the Config file! If I turn off Audio Enhancements in Windows, the issue goes away. Any ideas???
