I ended up installing the game in the same drive that steam is on and it works just fine now. Steam is annoying lol

Still launches in fullscreen for both suggestions.

I did just notice something interesting. When I alt+tab out of the game and hover over the app in the taskbar it looks like it's displaying somewhat properly. Not sure if it's helpful or not.

Hello, I'm trying to get the steam version of GTA 3 to run in windowed mode and am having trouble getting it to work. First problem I ran into was that I would get "Application load error 5:0000065434" when trying to launch the game. Did some research and it has something to do with the game launcher relying on steam.exe and copying the exe and placing it in the GTA 3 folder seemed to fix that. Not sure that is the actual solution, but my steam library and steam itself are on 2 separate drives. I...
