It's already set to native and I don't think DPI awareness requires elevation, RReady has been using it without elevation since day 1. Your code looks looks to be perfectly correct.

I don't know. What do you mean by privileged mode? Do you mean as an elevated/administrator app? If so, no, I've never run dxwnd as administrator, but I will try that. Also is there some sort of resolution restriction preventing the game from seeing it's full resolution?

pSetProcessDpiAwareness(PROCESS_PER_MONITOR_DPI_AWARE) is always set in RReady where pSetProcessDpiAwareness = (pSetProcessDpiAwarenessType)GetProcAddress(hShCore, "SetProcessDpiAwareness"); from SHcore.dll.

OK. Rready sets the hi-dpi flag internally. With dxwnd 2.06.07, checking the hi dpi flag in dxwnd allows Mw2 to run full screen at 3840x2160 with font scaling set to 1.5 (hi-dpi). With dxwnd 2.06.13 or newer, the same rready build runs In a tiny Window, irrespective of the dxwnd Hi-dpi setting. I'll double check rready's hi-dpi setting To see if There is a special case for mw2. .

It's set. Rready sets the high dpi flag on its own, but yes the hi-dpi flag is set In dxwnd. It does the same thing with or without it. Because of dxwnd's high dpi setting, I need two builds of Dxwnd for high dpi mode and normal dpi. Sorry, I posted the wrong link. https://nirvtek.com/downloads/DxWnd.RReady.v2_06_13_build.HighDPI.7z https://nirvtek.com/downloads/DxWnd.RReady.v2_06_13_build.RegularDPI.7z It works with these two: https://nirvtek.com/downloads/DxWnd.RReady.v2_06_07_build.7z https:/...
