In the first method, I aligned the already calibrated frames and did not use dark with flats again.
Thank you, I used the second method.
I have three images R, G and B. They are already calibrated and do not require flat and dark. I want to align them.
When you align three images, the first image is added to the second and third images. Can make a separate function only alignment without calibration?
Calibration and alignment should not depend on the separation of color images. Check out the second problem when you turn off the separation color images. It is added from the best frame to the rest.
If the image filter is enabled, calibration and alignment only results in R G B addition. This results in 1 result file. The result should be three aligned frames. If the image filter is disabled, you get three frames, but the first frame is added in the second and third frames.
