I found the solution by using other clients which provided a better error output. I ran basically out of credits (not a monthly subscriber). Unlikely that this is useful for anybody but perhaps it worth thinking about capturing the detailed response info. I like your desktop tool approach.

I have issues with this tool and want to start over. I'd like to reset it but can't find a config file. I have downloaded a copy of the tool again but after starting it picks up my settings. Where is that stored?

Hi, I found this fab client yesterday and it was working fine. I believe it stopped after I changed something? Maybe - maybe not, I changed "concurrent connections" from 1 to?, I changed it back after I found it wasn't working anymore. I found Status: Connection error - Trying to reconnect, it was late I went to bed. Today, same thing but I was able to connect once. Test Server Connection: ok Status: Connected to Server then click "Start download" and the status changes to Status: Connection error...
