What exactly do you mean by "deleting one of the views"? You had two instances of the scaffold tree view using the same subset and just closed one of them? Also, how did you expand the tree? Did you use the button to expand the whole tree at once or did you expand some nodes individually? And finally: Do you know the approximate size and whether these were random subsets or "meaningful" subsets? I recently missed the Crtl+S shortcut for saving a session, so it might be a good idea to add it. Additionally a hotkey for loading a session might also be handy. Crtl+S and Crtl+L are not used by any view or any general program function.

Cloud view: property value 0 not recognized

Is this still reproducable? I sampled a random subset of 40 molecules from the PKinase example set and applied the SCPnoOAt property. I got some scaffolds with value 0.0, but the legend is correct and there are no white nodes. I used the master current revision of the master branch.

I remember having similar exceptions a long while ago. I recognized them mostly in treemap view, but I could not reproduce them consistently. So I think these exceptions were probably not introduced with recent commits. If you have a look at the stacktrace, you will see that none of our code is involved.
