#257 cloud view: accumulation function should be inactive for scaffold properties and no subtree cumulation
When selecting a scaffold property for the property color mappng and using it without subtree cumulation, the acculation drop down list should be disabled as it has not effect.
The tool tip for the checkbox "subtree cumulative" also only mention the accumulation of molecule values. It should be adjusted, such that also scafffold property subtree accumulation is considered.
