    Thank you Sir

Hi, I have applied some pre-processing using ANTs tool, such as N4 Bias correction, scaling, noise removal. I was asked to evaluate the noise influence of the effectivity and robustness of the medical image segmentation? When affecting the image structure with various noise, the extracted features will be deteriorated. Such effect should be taken advantage in the context of the method effectivity for different noise intensity. How this can be evaluated? Is there any way to do this? Your expert opinion...

Hi, I have two datasets of knee MRIs: D1 and D2 (D stands for Dataset). In the original paper comparing two methods of regularization (B-SyN and SyN), the authors are showing that BSyN has the higher log Jacobian compared to SyN testing on different datasets. However, In my two different dataset, it behaves differently as can be seen in the figure. The SyN algorithm has the higher log jacobian range compared to B-Spline SyN on Dataset2. Now, in my draft, I do not know how to bring the discussion...

Dear Nick, Thanks for your suggestion, but it did not make that much difference

Hi Nick, I am trying to transfer back a transformed label file (T_label-015.nii.gz) of moving image (image-015.nii.gz) deformed in the fixed space (a template space) and producing output in the moving space. I had the following files: moving image: image-015.nii.gz (230x270x125) label of moving image: label-015.nii.gz (230x270x125), fixed image: T_template0.nii.gz (384x384x160) I have used antsRegistrationSyNQuick.sh code and used BSplineSyN for transformation. So it creates the following files and...
