I was able to enable the logging but the file that gets created is empty. I also checked with the end device literature and it looks like the unit will only support one remote user at a time. It is possible that the client is accessing the displays remotely as a way to give themselves a second point of access from inside their facility. I will contact them to confirm this. I would think that I would get the RED X error that the end device refused the connection if this was the case. Pease let me...
