ssds or any kind of drive are as secure as old hdds as long as you encrypt them when they are brand new, that way if the ssd's hardware is moving stuff arround is already encrypted or you can use on used ssds too as long you didin't had sensitive information before encrypting

lol it has nothing to do with antivirus , nvme ssds are known issue by the developer but dont know when and if he will fix it

nothing to do with vera crypt, it just happen to me today and yesteray on my desktop and laptop as well, my laptop has vera installed but not being used l and my desktop uses only vera crypt container with no system encryption. Is just some shitty bug from microsoft. Now after it failed it says that no update are available lol . Will try tomorrow to uninstall it completly from my laptop and see if i still get the error

all respect to you and your friend for donating to this really good project, the developers really deserve it. Hopefully they are now motivated to improve the program even more. I hope they start fixing the nvme ssd speed problems
