That's what I thought, so I switched to to Ctrl-Alt-B and it still didn't work. In fact, I even switched auto-type to Ctrl-Alt-K (and switched the "Show Keepass Window" to Ctrl-Alt-A) and then Ctrl-Alt-A worked to bring up the keepass window, but Ctrl-Alt-B still didn't work to bring up auto-type. Weird huh? Anyway I rebooted again (I've done that a number of times to resolve this issue), and miraculously everything started working again this time. No idea what was happening before if it will return...

I don't think I'm even getting that far. If I lock the KeePass file, close every other program and then type Ctrl-Alt-A over a blank desktop, nothing happens. If I copy the exact same keepass directory (with all the settings) and keepass file (I'm running portable) to a different machine and type Ctrl-Alt-A over a blank desktop , I get the open file/enter password dialog that pops up. Incidentally, the machine that ignores the Ctrl-Alt-A seems to still respond to Ctrl-Alt-K and to Ctrl-Alt-Shift...

Ctrl-Alt-A always used to work. I was running 2.57 and I rebooted and auto-type just quit. I upgraded to 2.58 and it still doesn't work. Oddly Ctrl-Alt-K works fine to pop up the keepass window. I tried swapping Ctrl-Alt-A and Ctrl-Alt-K (thinking maybe there was some other process stealing the Ctrl-Alt-A combination), but then Ctrl-Alt-A worked to pop up the window, and Ctrl-Alt-K didn't work to autotype. So for some reason auto-type just quit for me, like theres simply zero response from the system...
