Open Camera (v1.56.2) using API2 will take Photos but in Video mode it says "Serious Camera Error". The inbuilt camera app is not running. It works OK with API1. I don't think I need amy of the features available in API2, so maybe this is just a bug report. Any ideas? Thanks.
Is there some reason I am getting no responses to this question? Am I the only one with this issue? Thanks
This also happens with another phone - a Motorola
I use Open Camera on an LG K51S phone. If I set the focus to infinity, close the app and open it again, the image is often out of focus - on a distant object. I have reinstalled the app and the phone's own camera app doesn't seem to have this problem. Any ideas? Thanks
Is there a problem with my post?
(I may have posted this before but I can't find it) OpenCamera is really good BUT I would REALLY like to be able to completely lock the screen when the camera is in shooting mode. I use it on an LG phone and I'm forever finding it's switched to the front camera or to settings or some other change has occurred - and in bright sun it's hard to see what has actually happened on the screen. It shouldn't be difficult, I would have thought! Thanks
It would be good if there was a way to stop the app going into the setup screens by accidental touches on the main preview screen. I've missed a few good shots because I have to get back to preview from setup. Being able to lock Zoom would be good too.
When using OpenCamera (which I find to be an excellent app!) to copy B&W or, especially, colour photo negatives it would be good if the on-screen preview could be rendered as a positive. Even better would be to be able to save as a positive!
