I have two problems: 1. I have seven drivers that SDI tries to update. SDI freezes at 10% of extraction for several minutes, then returns error code "0". I've tried running SDI several times, always with the same result. Could someone help me figure out what's wrong so I can update the drivers? 2. I also have three drivers that aren't in the Driver Pack; how can I get the information needed to search for these drivers online? Thank you

Return code of "0"

Here it is, months later; I've upgraded to Windows 11, and I still have the same problem (drivers won't install). What do I do now?

How do I generate a log file?

I'm a new SDI user. So far, I've had three drivers come up for updating; one updated, but the other two have failed, one with error 0 and one with error 1. What's wrong? How do I fix the problem? How can I generate a log file to send you? Thank you.
