That could be anyway an option for me if I manage to get a bigger disk: how does Clonezilla deal with the encrypted rpool and bpool that are mounted after I type the ecnryption key at boot? If I get a new computer with a bigger disk as well, how do I transfer my actual installation (encrypted zfs) into the new machine with Clonezilla?

Hi I installed Ubuntu and realised only later how problematic ZFS encrypted is (in particular for swap), so I'm trying to find a way to switch to ext4fs without reinstalling everything. One idea was to use Clonezilla to make a clone of the rpool (the root pool of ZFS) to an external hard drive partition formatteed ext4fs, is that possible? Obviously I do have the passphrase to access/decrypt the ZFS, just not sure how to do what I want to do (if possible at all!)?
