I did have it working for a long time. At the moment I have it off. I'm re-calibrating my whole setup again. I got some new equipment. And yes every new iteration of windows knocks the distortion into place. And you need to get the finnicky software to work again. Generally you need to turn on voicemeter get it setup then shut it down to save its settings. Then the same with equilizer apo.
It's broken for me again. My system has not updated to 1903 yet. I cannot get them to work Voicemeeter and Equalizer to work together right now. Just garbaling. I tried everything said above.
Now I think about it. I do get this problem. Split-Second issue every random once in a great while. But I'm still on 1809. I thought the problem was with Equalizer-A-P-O with 'Voicemeeter'... And it using the CPU. Voicemeeter, services, and its voice-meeter Client uses about 10% of the CPU constantly and may spike. But I can't be sure. I had posted another item about the issue being related to CPU. But maybe you are on the right-track.

That new update has not hit my system yet. But i do worry that it will upset the balance of the space-time-continuum. And I will have to do a lot of work in its aftermath. Like reinstalling.
So I'm setup through Voicemeeter. My computer is a gaming machine with high specs. I running 3 different config files: (1 Config for the Front Left + Right Channels) (1 Config for the Center Channel) (1 Config for the Rear Left + Right Channels) Each has 20 points (originally from REW - peak filters ) and a Preamplification Gain of -4.20. The ending result is that each speaker is Room-Corrected and at -1db. The Equalizer-APO Voicemeeter Client Takes about 1% Voicemeeter itself is taking about 7 to...
