i did all these - all ok - and then restarted. started the services and also httpd.exe localhost - login - still fails error log attached

i made these changes. see the path in the file attached. I ran it and now get the same earlier error C:\Apache24\bin>httpd.exe httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 94 of C:/Apache24/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_perl.so into server: The specified module could not be found.

I have completed the full installation. all completed without issues. at the last step - login , I get an error as in screenshot. Used the below username: admin pass: qstcaptain
