Steve thanks. I ran the library check and got mostly failures. The database I will be connecting to is not this server, so I don't have the MySQL libraries installed, no \MySQL Server5.7\lib.. I cannot determine the correct library path in WINDOWS. If I try to run package require mysqltcl it comes back unable to load library.
