Edit: Issue solved. Lenovo had Dolby sound enhancement software installed. I deinstalled it, but the audio enhancement setting stuck and couldn't be changed anymore. That prevented Equalizer APO from working properly. Reinstalling Dolby software and deactivating the audio enhancement made E-APO work.

Hello, I have a Lenovo Intel laptop and my earbuds and the Intel Smart Sound don't pass the Equalizer APO Device Selector test (red button with x), thus E-APO presets have no effect. I have no such problems on AMD based Laptops and my AMD Desktop with the OnePlus earbuds. So it can't be the earbuds. I tried everything, deinstalling, reinstalling and deactivating drivers. Nothing works. About to just return the Notebook and buy an AMD Laptop. Does anyone have any ideas before I do that? I'd appreciate...
