Tom, Additional info: when I back out to version 10.7.1 I don´t get the error and it creates a csv file, however I noticed that it won´t include the name of the imagefile since the field type is ´image´ instead of ´text´. Regards, René
Hi Tom, I added some assets to AssetCAT and wanted the XLS export to be converted into csv using DBConvert, however I get an Java related error msg.: "Message: java.lang.ClassCastException: class java.lang.String cannot be cast to class java.time.LocalDate (java.lang.String and java.time.LocalDate are in module java.base of loader 'bootstrap') Level: SEVERE Stack Trace: class java.lang.String cannot be cast to class java.time.LocalDate (java.lang.String and java.time.LocalDate are in module java.base...
Hi Tom, Hope you're doing well! I haven't used FNProg2PDA for assets for a while. Now I added some new records and run into an error msg: (in Dutch) "Tabel 'Asset' is niet in deze database voorhanden". Examining this in AssetCAT I do see the tabel Asset. I have 3 assets databases in AssetCAT and they all give the same error for all the three FNProg2PDA features: MS-Excel, SQLite and Text File. I use the current version 10.8. Can you investigate this or give me a hint? Thanks & Merry Christmas, R...
Hi Tom. This is great news, all the information is now indeed exported. No more truncations! Thanks for the hard work on this great program (I use it all the time). I read in the other thread that you suffered some serious health issues. Hope you are well. All the best. Regards, René
Hi Tom, Thanks for the link. There's a lot of interesting information on that site! I managed to have my SoftCAT inventory on Android now, using the app SQLite Browser Pro, perfect, exactly as I wanted. No attacking CATraxx :-) One thing I encountered (a little of topic): the information in some fields is truncated. Is that something within FNProg2PDA or do I have to look elsewhere? Thanks a lot for this new feature! René
Hi Tom, So the naming convention for tables differs from these for files, good to know. I changed the table name and the export completed. Thanks again for your support! René
