As it turned out, my TiVo Desktop app only needed the MAK set again. Worked fine after.

Wondering if anyone else has been converting .TiVo on windows 10 machines that have experienced this too. In the logs at bottom in the red text I also see a note. NOTE: You must have at least partial TiVo Desktop install for DirectShow Dump to work. I do, and it worked two or three days ago. I'm hoping cat didn't walk on keyboard during processing and changing some of the choices at top. :( I'll reinstall TiVo desktop and hope for the best.
