APCu is overcomplicated, and almost in beta for our php version, so I modified the cron that were usually lauch in root, with www-data. I flush the cache and I succeed to install the extention ! Thank you. I will try to complete the installation with the cron.distrib into cron.params, it's not clear for me for the moment.

I manualy flush the cache, but when I launch the installation through the itop hub interface, it regenerates the cache v_v .. neverending story.

I'm using the extension « Email Reply » and it works for all tickets type User Request, but for tickets type Incident, I don't have the check "Send the reply by mail" available in the form, is it normal ? Ok I found a solution, but I don't understand why it happens.. So you have to modify the /conf/production/config-itop.php file and change the 'app_root_url' => 'http://your_server/itop/web/'. And after reloading it's working again !

Hello everyone, We are currently testing iTop. All was fine until I install an extension for ticket creation from email (https://wiki.openitop.org/doku.php?id=extensions:ticket-from-email-v3) I succeed to install the extension without error but now, I have lost all my CSS/layout :(. My iTop version is 2.3.4. Please help me to restore the layout, it's unusable without the layout ! Thank you Regards

To complete my previous post. I forgot to precise I installed another itop instance (Debian 8 + apache2+ php5.5) and copy the folders /itop/web/conf/production/config-itop.php and /itop/web/env-production/. to the the new serveur. Without this copy I wasn't unable to launch a complete install.. Enjoy !

I finally find the error. If it can help someone too. It was about a php param, ie : In php.ini I haven't remplace ";set cgi.fix_pathinfo=1" by "set cgi.fix_pathinfo=0" . Now I can finish the installation and access without any problem. Next step for me is the LDAP configuration ..

Hi everyone, I'm testing the itop solution with a sandbox VM. The specs are Debian 9 + Nginx + MySQL + PHP7-fpm (with packages php-mcrypt php-xml php-cli php-soap php-ldap graphviz php7.0-zip php7.0-gd). I have no alert or warning during the installation threw the browser, and I succeed to reach the final installation (the "Done screen" with mention "Congratulations for installing iTop"). But when I try to access the login panel (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/itop/web/pages/UI.php) I have an error 500 PHP....
