You can actually set your mouse right click action to 'Hold' — this will allow you to automatically open Helltide chests. That being said, I still highly recommend manually pausing D4Turbo when interacting with objects. If the tool triggers a skill cast while you are trying to open the chest, it will interrupt the opening animation anyway. Your current method of stopping the tool and restarting it afterward is still the most reliable way to prevent the action from being canceled.
